Mund-Kiefer-Gesichtschirurgie (MKG, auch Kranio-Maxillo-Faziale Chirurgie) ist ein medizinisches Fachgebiet, welches die Diagnostik, Therapie und Prävention von Erkrankungen, Verletzungen, Fehlbildungen und Formveränderungen der Zähne, der Mundhöhle, des Kiefers und des Gesichtes beinhaltet. Des Weiteren umfasst dieser Fachbereich die funktionelle, d.h.
